Privacy and cookie policy
Effective from 27 October 2026
This page explains what personal data we process on mymarketinginventory.com, why, for how long and what your rights are. We follow Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
The tools do not collect your data. Everything you type into the calculators and converters is processed in your browser only. It is never sent to us or anyone else and is not stored after you close the page.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the law does not require us to. Please send any questions to the email above.
2. What data we process and why
2.1 Email
- Data: your email address, name if you give it, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach.
- Purpose: replying to your message, fixing reported problems and considering tool suggestions.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: no longer than 2 years after our last communication.
2.2 Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) – only with your consent
- Data: a pseudonymous device identifier stored in cookies, pages visited, which tool was used (not what you typed into it), traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location (country, city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
- Purpose: understanding how the website and its tools are used and improving them.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 109(8) of the Slovak Electronic Communications Act No. 452/2021 Coll.).
- Retention: we keep Google Analytics data for 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are listed below.
2.3 Marketing cookies (Google Ads) – only with your consent
- Data: cookie identifiers and information about ad clicks.
- Purpose: measuring how well our ads work and showing relevant ads.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.).
- Retention: according to the cookie lifetimes listed below.
If you do not give consent, Google services do not store cookies on your device. They may, however, receive anonymous signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode v2), used only for aggregated traffic modelling.
2.4 Technical data
- Data: IP address, time and request details in the server's technical logs.
- Purpose: website security and operation.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: according to the hosting provider's settings.
3. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. On your first visit we ask for your consent. Necessary storage is always on; analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time:

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us run the website and the company:
- WebSupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) – website hosting and email services,
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland – Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (only with your consent),
- accounting, tax and legal service providers, where necessary,
- public authorities, where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Google may transfer data to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to ensure an adequate level of protection. Transfers are also covered by standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you.
8. Changes
We may update this information, for example when the services we use on the website change. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
